Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or access the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location or schedule a collection; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
